Two Factor Authentication

Gladinet solutions support two factor authentications from Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and Amazon MFA applications.

Gladinet solutions allow an organization to provide simple, secure access to company files over the Internet for all their remote file server access, secure file sharing, file synchronization, backup, and collaboration needs, with Active Directory and Single-Sign on integrations.

Besides the Active Directory support, Two Factor Authentication is a very important feature for online file access and team collaboration.

Google Authenticator generates 2-Step Verification codes on your phone.

Google Authenticator

Google Authenticator generates 2-Step Verification codes on your phone.

2-Step Verification provides stronger security for your Google Account by requiring a second step of verification when you sign in. In addition to your password, you’ll also need a code generated by the Google Authenticator app on your phone.

Microsoft Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator is available on both iOS and Android.

Two factor authentication (TFA) is easy, convenient, and secure when you use Microsoft Authenticator. Use your phone, not your password, to log into your Microsoft account. Just enter your username, then approve the notification sent to your phone.

Microsoft Authenticator can also save the two factor setups into iCloud for backup and restore to another device later.

Microsoft Authenticator is available on both iOS and Android.

Enable Two Factor Authentication

2-Step Verification adds an extra layer of security to your Gladinet solutions. By entering a one-time verification code from your mobile phone after you type your password, you can make it much tougher for an unauthorized person to gain access to your account.
