There are two ways to share files and folders in Gladinet Cloud, publishing and sharing.

• Publishing:
  Only available for the admin. It can be used to share any folder the admin owns. And it will only share to sub-users in the specific Gladinet Cloud account.

• Sharing:
  Both the admin and sub-users can share files to anyone with an email address. The one shared to will get an email, with a link to open the folder and download the file. If the email shared to is also registered in Gladinet Cloud, the user can access the shared file and folder in Gladinet Cloud directly.
  
  Admins can prevent sub-users from sharing, if required.
