By default, only admins can manage groups. Admin can assign the permission to users.

• Login to Gladinet Cloud web portal as the administrator and go to Management Console.
  

• In 'Group Manager', click ‘Create New Group’.
  

• Type in the group name. Click Add User’ to assign a new user to the group. Click “Apply” to apply the changes.
